We believe in knowledge and experience for success. We try to follow newest trends in the industry and keep up with it by regularly having extensive trainings for every member of our team.We select interviewers and supervisors according to the client’s category and type of research. They must understand the client’s category to be assigned to the project. Field managers are responsible for training and supervising the supervisors and the interviewers, as well as monitoring the progress and quality of a project.Briefing in detail and training for interviewers and supervisors are carried out for every project. All interviewers receive thorough briefing and training regardless to their experiences on similar projects.All interviewers undergo an intensive training program before starting the fieldwork that designed to acquaint them with:The principle of sampling procedures and the importance of these procedures; fieldwork methods and questionnaire design; interviewing techniques including initial approaches and probing.Each interviewer should do a mock interview & call after the briefing under the supervision of the field manager.
We have 20 CATI stations in our call centre. All of our studies are carried out by our highly experienced team.We not only rely on our staff, but also our system. Our system records all calls to ensure quality and these recordings can be shared anonymously with partners upon request.
We have a team of interviewers in field, that are trained and experienced in face-to-face in-person visits. Before any in-person interview, recruiters in our call centre call healthcare professionals and set appointments for face-to-face interviews. We do not visit respondents out of the blue and make sure that we guarantee appointments before any actual visit.
When traditional methods do not work or are not preferred, we rely on internet surveys. We have a database of healthcare professionals and this allows us to reach anybody anytime anywhere. We simply invite respondents to our survey link or visit them with internet-enabled devices for self-completion.
We are one of the few local agencies that has moderators who are medically trained and do moderate only healthcare sessions. We conduct in-depth or telephone-depth interviews in our studio or out on location.

Qualitative Studio
We have a spacious qualitative studio with one way mirror in our office. The studio is located in the city centre and quite easy for respondents to reach to. It is 2 minutes away to main subway and bus lines and there is no parking nuisance.
We are the only agency in Ankara that offers Focus Vision web streaming! We have in our venue all the necessary equipment for successful realization of a qualitative research: a projector, TV, flipchart, Wi-Fi and air-con. We also offer catering to our clients and research participants.
